Recipe – No Churn Mini Egg Ice Cream

This no churn Vanilla Ice Cream recipe doesn’t require an Ice Cream Machine or any complicated equipment or methods – simply whip up the cream, add vanilla extract and condensed milk then leave to freeze overnight.

I have added Mini Eggs to create a delicious Easter dessert which would make a lovely treat after an Easter Egg hunt or after a special Easter Sunday feast.
